About Me

Full-stack engineer with more than six years of experience building SaaS systems and production software used by real customers.

Background

I'm a full-stack software engineer who enjoys building production systems. I've worked across the stack, from database design and REST APIs to frontend components and rich editors, on products that serve real users at scale.

I've worked on SaaS platforms, AI-powered products, and enterprise systems. I'm as comfortable building UIs and component libraries as designing APIs and data models. I've built billing systems, integrations, and document pipelines, and I care about maintainability and clear architecture as much as shipping.

I hold a BS in Computer Science from FAST–NUCES in Lahore, where I made the Dean's Honor List in four semesters. I've published work on cloud resource allocation, won a tech hackathon for an AI-driven interview preparation platform, and hold the Azure Developer Associate certification. I've also built and shipped side projects across different domains, which keeps my perspective grounded in end-to-end delivery.

What I Work On

Frontend and backend

I work across both layers. On the frontend I build component architectures, state management, and responsive UIs. On the backend I design services with clear boundaries and database schemas that support the domain. I've helped refactor monolithic code into focused services, moved configuration into APIs so the frontend stays in sync, and written architecture proposals when I've seen systemic tech debt. I'm comfortable with Vue, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch when the problem calls for them.

End-to-end delivery

I deliver complete features, not just one layer. I'd rather talk about what we built and why it matters than line counts or file names.

Debugging and reliability

I enjoy tracking down subtle bugs and production incidents, especially when systems behave in unexpected ways. I write up what I find so the same mistakes don't repeat.

Strengths and interests

I'm strong in both frontend and backend. I like problems that mix domain logic with technical constraints and I'm happy owning the UI, the API, or both. I prefer choosing the right tool for the problem rather than chasing trends, and I care about code quality and making codebases easier for others to work in.

I'm based in Pakistan and have worked remotely with distributed teams. I'm always interested in thoughtful teams, interesting problems, and systems that require both depth and delivery.
